Somehow it reminds me of a mix of Terraria and Celeste.
Very calming! Your style is like no other I've come across.

Midnights-Ocean responds:

Thank you! Uniqueness is very important to me, so I try to do things differently, while remaining appealing. : )

Yo, what if you tried to find out how to do a Wubwub kind of sound? Feel like it could improve the drop a tad

Drpepper115 responds:

I know how to do basically all sounds nk did, at the time I just felt these sounds worked best

This relies on the original song a tad too much for my liking, As in, it literally ALWAYS has the original song underneath.

Not a cover, and a remix that imo doesn't do enough

TheZatesee responds:

Yeah this was rough. This was back when I used garage band, and I will be honest, its not meant for remixing. I might remake this, but honestly, I see no reason to. My skill set has drastically improved since then, but I feel like having this public shows progress.

What software do you use to make your music? Sounds interesting.

GDTVNG responds:

bandlab, i cant afford FL studio :(

This grabbed my attention so much that when my friend started talking to me in a VC I thought it was just the song for a moment

Midnights-Ocean responds:

Awesome! Thanks! I was very pleased with how this one turned out. <:3

Hell yeah, a rain world fan!

This sort of fits that more alien vibe of the game

Midnights-Ocean responds:

Hey someone noticed. Thanks! It reminded me of the more sci-fi stuff you run into. Or maybe some extended version levels that have yet to come. <:3

You might uh, need to learn some sound design.

Enderb0t77 responds:

Sorry to hear that you don't like it. I made this for fun, and it is meant to be 8-bit. Also I kinda didn't know what I was doing. Also, it might just not be the kind of music you enjoy, and I respect that. Some music making advice could be helpful if you think I need to improve on making music. Thank you for reviewing, and have a good day!

Remove the drums, this doesn't need the drums :)

Also I'd recommend using more high notes!

LSSweatYT responds:

Thanks for the comment! I was going for a more upbeat style, and I thought the drums sounded nice with it, but I respect your opinion. Also, I made this in Chrome Music Lab, and it wouldn't let me use higher notes. lol

PS: I just got a song removed for "copyright infringement", even though the song it says I "copied" is in Russian and sounds completely different. >:(

Have you tried using furnace tracker or famitracker? They're pretty good for chiptune! (and in the case of furnace, genesis music and more!)

beepadoobop responds:

I've been meaning to! would you recommend furnace?

Starts off with metal, turns into hardstyle.
